Monica Bond is a mother of three, artist & graphic designer, but most importantly, an avid believer that only this current moment is our life - which is why she created Ciao Zen. These passing reflections, channeled through creating, help Monica find and maintain her balance. She hopes that Ciao Zen can lead as a source of encouragement to find solace in reflection and moving beyond self-imposed walls in our lives.
