How do I get approved for an account?

Please submit the wholesale account request form at the link below or email retailsales@denik.com. https://denik.com/pages/wholesale-application

How do I get a catalog?

Submit the wholesale application and we'll send it over via email!

Do I need to be a registered company?

Yes, we require a retailer tax certificate.

How do I keep up to date with new product releases and promos?

Once you become an approved vendor, we will invite you to join our email list, where you can stay up to date with all new product releases, promotions, discounts, and more.

Can I sell online?

We support brick and mortar independent websites, but Amazon and other marketplace reselling is not permitted.

Are there minimums?

The minimum order is $150. Products must be ordered in correct order increments.

What payment methods are available?

All major credit cards are accepted for pre-authorization. Your order total plus estimated shipping will be pre-authorized, and the payment will clear once the order is shipped with the actual freight charge.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for non-custom items, as long as they have not been used and are free from damage after arrival. If you find a discrepancy in your order, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise, along with images and order information. For sale items, all sales are final. Where is my delivery? Can I track my order?

Please contact retailsales@denik.com for order status. We aim to ship orders within 7 business days.

Can I get an item(s) shipped directly to a customer?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to dropship at this time.

What’s the Lead Time on orders? When can I expect them to arrive?

For items that are in-stock, expect your shipment to arrive in 7 business days. Items that are not in-stock will arrive in 11-14 business days.

Who is responsible for shipping?

Retailer is responsible for shipping charges. The most economical shipping method will be selected unless otherwise requested.
