Love these notebooks, wish they made more. I've been using them the past 2 years and nothing compares. Minimal smudging because of the binding for pencil, holds lineart really well. It also withstands all the abuse I give it, carrying it to school every day.
I had originally posted stating how I received horrible customer service, etc, etc. Wow did they redeem themselves! The executive director of the company Personally reached out to me and explained all the confusion.. most of it being out of their control and more of an issue with USPS. She personally sent me out 2 packages and I also received 2 other for items I didn’t purchases, all with little notes apologizing for the inconvenience. I received so much stuff, I even asked if they would like me to send some back and she told me to keep it all. I am amazed at how far you guys went to make sure you turned my experience around. I will be sure to keep telling my friend and family about this amazing company and be back to purchase more… although after the packages they sent me I don’t think I’ll need to order for quite some time. Thank you guys again! 💜
I was so excited to finally order this notebook, along with a spiral notebook off this site. Saturday I ran to the mailbox so happy my stuff had arrived.. to my disappointment one of my items was missing (even though it said delivered) and the item that came in was used when I opened it. Not sure about their sketchbooks but In the past they have arrived pristine, wrapped in plastic. This one arrived opened, the front was scratched up, the binding is pulled apart/ loose like pages have been ripped from it, and part of the pages had drawings already???! I’m honestly appalled at the fact someone at your company thought it was acceptable to mail that to me… $14 and then another $21 for shipping, you expect better service. The problem has yet to be resolved because I have emailed and not received any sort of response.. not on Facebook, not on there direct email, not on Instagram… so lovely!
This notebook is absolutely wonderful I bought it to use as a journal and enjoy the beautiful cover. The notebook itself is durable and even sharpie markers will not bleed. I can’t wait to buy another one like it!
I’ve been using fine point sharpies and so far it has not bled through the paper! The paper is thick and very soft and easy to draw/write on. :)💙 One of my most favorite sketchbooks ever!! It comes with me everywhere and is very convenient and not too big and not too small it’s perfect! :P
