Lorena Scremin

Lorena Scremin is an illustrator based in Florence, Italy, originally from the Dolomites. After studying Painting and Illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, she started working as a freelance illustrator in 2023. Her work is mainly focused on children’s books and editorial illustration. She loves working with traditional techniques such as watercolor, tempera, colored pencils and graphite, creating colorful, playful and slightly strange worlds filled with characters and stories. Her illustrations often explore imagination, everyday life and the beauty of imperfection.
